Rental Lease

We do one year leases with our tenants and they do contain the military clause. If a soldier gets PCS or deployment orders and even retirement papers the soldier and their spouse can get out of the lease.With deployment orders if the soldiers spouse is moving as well they need to be moving atleast 30 miles away from the base or they are not let out of the lease. We do not let you break the lease to move onto post housing. We still need a thirty day notice even with orders. We use Texas Apartment Association forms and we are also a member.

Pet Policy

We allow pets on some of our properties. Some owners will allow dogs or cats or both. The pet fee's for dogs is $250 and for cats $300 they are both non-refundable. We do not allow certain breeds of dogs which are- Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, Doberman Pinscher, Chow-Chows, and German Shephards.
